Ughhhhh!!! Too slow with the breakouts!! Not worth the emotional stress! Plus I am at work so I cannot keep staring at it. Bought it when it showed support above VWAP. Tested the breakout of 8 to see if shorts would cover, but it takes forever! Not worth it
Sized up on a swap bounce. was risking swap but once it past my entry I cut it super quick. Could have got out on a small profit. This was 100% a revenge trade as well on bigger size. Better to keep my head in and size affects my trading so I need to learn not to panic and keep a level head.
Took this because it looked like it was curling over to break out again then tried and blew past my stop. Should have gotten in at premarket at 3.90 like I thought. I figured it had news and volume so close to open it could keep going but I was late to the game and because of hesitation.
Entry comments: 5.5m Low float Stock, up pre-market, on news for new Data center AI sympathy play. It had high of day in the low 9s was waiting for the pull back for the turn & dip buy arnd the low 6s, I got in at 6.84 wanting it to retest the low 9s to take profits along the way and seeing if it could jump to the low 12s by the end of the day
Traded the MR break using VWAP as risk. didn't go sold at VWAP
risky trade yes - i did not take profits as usual but this pattern has done well for me - i have traded and journaled this same pattern several times - late pre spike - held above VWAP and range potential -
