Saw a spike on small news and entered a trade at 2.01, added more position when it got close to the price before the spike happened. But volume started decreasing and didn't cut losses soon enough. It might just be a small spike and that's it. What a lesson!
FDG, 1 red day, too early, had plan, went against plan when spiked on open, re did plan, ended with wider loss, signs were there low volume and 2 big sellers on the ask, could of and should of got out for very small% loss as felt and looked bad all round, bad trade.
Volume was still huge and it looked like it might break new highs so I hopped back in but it dropped steadily. I sold half as it passed VWAP, then it popped over again then down some more and I sold the rest at the very bottom. It went on to spike for the next 15 min. after my sale, up 21%. Lesson: CLQ
etrade added this trade to another trade..but it was not a single trade..
