Small win; choppy as fuck. Took a bear position with a winter vortex coming in and flights being cancelled. Will no doubt cause a bit of havoc on their system this week.
Second trade - entered on a dip off highs on continued uptrend. Not full size b/c I felt I was chasing a bit. Exited into strength. Ticker is continuing to climb, but my timing is off today, so I am taking my profits and walking.
Entered too early at 9:32am on what looked like a big green day on the daily; would have been a much more profitable trade if I had waited for the early morning dip.
Better entry - waited for a bit of consolidation and break of earlier high. Higher strike price on continued strength. It may go on to break HOD, but I am going to take my +4k on the morning and walk away. Hard to do and so important!
Bit of fomo here - jumped back in for second trade on continued uptrend, but momo was waning and it wasn't a smart move. Exited into clear double-top on the intraday. LESSON: When I exit a trade, I exit for a reason. Remember that and walk away -- protect the profits!
Deep dip buy on the intraday - very happy with my discipline and patience waiting for the higher low and not getting sucked in to little pops on the way down.
Had a nice win on this, but I waited too long and the gamma squeeze dipped, losing all that theta burn. Cut for basically breakeven.
