Cutting a bag hold. This was my first bag hold ever. Good lesson to cut losses.
Entry comments: Greg Guenthner from Paradigm Press one of his tickers he mentioned crossed the money line. Crypto play. With Bitcoin breaking out this has the potential to run to $40.
Exit comments: Stock was just ranged bound and chopped me up. Speculative area to get in. Needed to wait to see more strength in ETH for this one to move.
4/16: looking for 24 breakout. Risk 21.4. Took a single here. Process enhancement is to take half or 1/3 position off on extension to 2R/3R and adjusting the risk to entry.
Bought a lunch. Sold quickly
Swing. Sent multiple sell orders in prior to open and price didn't quite reach my limits after big gap up. Sold on the way down for break even to focus on $AMZN. Had I set lower limits, I could have made nearly $1k. LESSON: Don't be greedy - set a limit with a nice cushion to ensure the fill.
