Bought on a dip, got a small bounce that looked like it might have a little momentum. The in a matter of about 15 seconds, the price took a wild swing to the negative. I think I was lucky to close my position as soon as I could.
LOL...ugh! Took a position on this reverse split again, liked the volume in AH and the price point. Woke up and was sleepy eyed when I looked at my phone without glasses. Only got a partial fill during afterhours but still had buy orders in as the stock was falling back down (and I had no sell order in for the shares that I had). Meant to sell my 100, but instead bought 200 more as it was falling. Was able to immediately cut for a small profit. Horribly managed trade.
This was a scary stock, as it was a micro-float, so it was very volatile. Upset with myself on this trade, as it was very undisciplined and I watched it keep dipping past my stop loss and bouncing. Exited the trade with a small profit after it spiked back up near the $4s. Volume is extremely key with these plays, so need to wait for the boxes to be checked. Good lesson.
