Nothing going on in the premarket so decided to take this one short because it was up 20% on weak news. The news said terms not disclosed, so didn't see anything special. Was hoping for a second spike but never go tit. Good trade though.

Short P/M Gap n Crap. Good to get a win after a rough patch but my execution could have been so much better. This was a great setup that could have turned into a monster home run. There were multiple chances to re-short and this faded all the way down to $3.60 just before the open.
