Entry: Got into the trade right after seeing morning spike with big volume (4M) and news on otcmarkets.com. Didn’t analyze the chart, where is resistance, where is the stock in the chart. It was a completion of acquisition, so the price might have already priced in. Goal is to make 10-15%. Exit: Got out when the stock couldn't continue to spike/uptrend like other potential merger and acquisition; making lower highs and lower lows. Respect price/action no matter how good I think a PR is.
