Made my plan Sunday evening for this Monday morning. The XGPT alert on Friday UBXG. Entered at 9.30 the plan was to stay to $11 which I should have done obviously. MACD showed me the right info but I am still not confident enough yet so I took a small win and exited at $10.13
Not the best. In as it was starting a run up that failed. I saw a red candle drop and hit the sell button. Turned out to be a very fast drop and then back up. I got filled at the bottom of the 30 second drop and would have been out for a $9 loss had it filled when I hit the button.
In after a halt, shot up quickly and dropped. Out for a single which was nice since it dropped nearly a dollar as soon as I got out.
It halted up at $7.32. At that point I employed the whole pattern strategy.
