Steady uptick but with such low volume, it bored me to death
Short off the halt on Chapter 7 filing. Short the initial attempt to push it and cover the what seemed like inevitable fade. 1st cover early as I seem to do. This was a good trade
Bought in the middle of a steady uptrend expecting to ride the uptrend for a $0.40-$0.50 gain so I didn't lock in my gains when it hit $0.23/share, and instead sold after it dipped back down below $0.20/share.
Averaged in at $.1663, out at $.167 for 9000 shares. The pucker factor was strong with this one and the short holiday week got me all emotional. The stock tanked and I averaged down to a good position for today. I knew if the stock passed $.16 it would go to $.19, but put my order in to break even and get out after the rollercoaster and potential big loss. I recovered and got out, then she went to $.20+. Left $400 on the table, but happy to recover. Lesson: trust your gut, leave emotions out.
