Today looks a lot like yesterday, unsustained rises and quick drops. Bought as stock broke premarket high. Went up a dime, then pulled down hard. Have no desire to lose a bunch of trades today, will watch for change in stock sentiment. Funny thing is, DJI is up significantly while QQQ is down.

Just like with AIXI, stock breaks out above high of day with no continuation, only lengthy consolidation. This stock didn't even move until into lunch.

For the second time, bought up at new level, not a few cents below, or better yet bought during the previous level and held patiently for expected bump.

This was trying to find the bottom on a 20% drop. But the drop had a hitch, so not straight down. Then, short-lived rise petered out. Got bored waiting, glad I got out.

Bought stock too late to allow for the pullback during 15 minute consolidation. It had climbed to the point where when it pulls back down, I'm out 5 cents, instead of watching next leg up. And the next. Easy to be patient and watch it climb when it keeps moving up steadily overall.

Broke high of day, pulled back hard, then started to climb back past top. Ended up being a downhill slide the rest of the day. Lack of any movement premarket should have been noticed.

This same move is now costing me money with a totally different stock. Will need to buy lower in the formation, or quit using this losing strategy.

Same failing move, only higher. Could not see this in the moment, only after stepping back, like two days, before I was willing to face the pain.

This stock keeps whipsawing me and I won't let go.

Same thing happened last time. Breaks to a new level, I buy up in the move, it comes down before going, you guessed it, back up.
