Immediately got undisciplined. Lack of sleep gave a boost in confidence to bs. Swung at this ticker twice with my bread-and-butter patterns, however I wasn't analyzing properly & didn't note this until after the trades were taken. Impulsive crap. Mistakes are being made but it took 2 losses to wipe my 1 profit that was sold too early. Progress is progress. Take it in, learn, adapt, continue stronger.

The emotions after a chain of mistakes make It really hard to hold longer. In this case, only leaving 5% on the table. Little less than basic size, still exhausted just locking in the bread and butter. Plan was to add once the rct confirmed but it spiked hard, so I took what was given.

averaged these two mistakes together. Not being meticulous and putting myself in low odd positions will cause this exact result. I'm content though, journaling and learning is a vital part of the process. I haven't let myself go like this in a minute and this time I was able to control size & my stop. Could have locked in a single originally here putting me at break even on the day but my stop was a little too tight.

Retested with my own thesis/ game plan. The resistance was just way too strong. Multiple death candles and & didn't listen. Greed took control & I was fine throwing away profits for the chance to catch the spike. Not being meticulous.

A little uncontrollable today. Found myself straying from my strategy and paid the price for it here. Managed to keep the size and stop loss disciplined. Focusing on Risking not Gambling.

Bread and butter, small goal bc I had a long drive ahead of me. Locked in and closed off for the day. Got a solid nugget of information recently, adding to my perspective. Spent some time with gpt added another chart into my spreadsheet detailing the set ups I take as much as the emotions behind it.

Aftermarket rct, I didn't like the action, too slow so I took profits early, within the minute of my exit it spiked to my take profit lol. Overall, bogus trade, I still felt the revengefulness from my scratch this morning & didn't want to add to that which lead me to emotionally exiting. Gotta lock in, mistakes are okay just can't let them bleed into the next day. Tomorrow's goal: double the focus.

Greedy. Didn't take in mind that the set up & the pattern weren't aligned. Wanted action and picked a terrible spot for it. With hindsight I realize that this stock after multiple attempts liked to build fake break outs then crash to LOD. Which was exactly what happened to me. I stayed safe but unnecessary.

Another 9ema snipe. Finding myself eager to close at the 1 or 2 to 1. As long as this continues, I will bump it up next week from 12% to 20% per trade & do exactly what I'm doing. Once I find myself sick of taking small gains, I can work towards allowing the runner to run past 2R. Focusing on 1% a day in the overall account. Over time this is exponential. (Taken before rct, need to remind myself if I'm in a snipe & it crosses another pattern, that is a for sure sign to hold a little longer.)

Bread and butter. Still kind of emotional though especially since this was the ticker that messed my execution up less than an hour before. Need to be more process driven, I'm letting %s get in the way. Glad to see this end of the pool heating up though, will be ready and focused again tomorrow.
