Lesson learned, to follow my plan. I had a plan to get out of this pump at $0.50 but because i got another news letter on this stock today i thought maybe it could go higher. well i put a order in for 0.47 thinking that if it dropped it would go higher after, and instead it crashed and i lost all my gains.
