Dip bought this early in the day because of the solid chart and positive news of successful ph 3 trial...held o/n because of PDT and was nervous when company announced offering right after close, saw price drop from 13 to 11.50 in about a minute before eventually recovering to 12...gap up in premarket, i guess because some dilution for a legit reason (to raise capitol to continue advancing company) isn't necessarily seen as a negative
