New rule: No trading after 3:30 or AH. Starting a new job second shift to fund my account and get more educational material so I won't be able to keep an eye on the markets during in the late afternoon and evenings. I know I'm going to miss plays because of this but I must stay disciplined and stick to this rule to avoid another loss like this.
