Bought this stock on the pre-market momentum was the 2nd or 3rd green day too. Should have sold at .63 for a small profit. Held throughout day waiting for President to sign bill for drug overdose. Should have realized this was a buy the rumor sell the news trade since the news of the signing was known for days prior. Should have sold earlier in the day when price reached back at buying point to minimize loss.
