I got FOMO today and not prepared, went trading without preparation from taking a break for a day. I didn't do it just one but twice thinking I can recover . I WAS WRONG BIG TIME!!!NEVER, NEVER do this again slap, slap slap. Lesson learn preparation and study is the key to success.
