Midday b/o over morning high. Bought when it broke past $.38 resistance and then holding it as support. Formed higher lows and looked ready to breakout past the HOD past $.39. Right on the b/o but didn't hold and pulled back. I waited but it felt heavy with sellers after it didn't hold and I got out. Held over VWAP all day and popped into the close. Next time, wait closer to 2pm to buy or be more patient and move risk up closer to 2pm it gets for b/e.
