the sideways ones can get very frustrating and detract from other opportunities that can arise for sure. best to cut it as you did. Acquisitions and buyouts from my experience can give this kind of price action. also its very high price, so for me those 2 factors combined most likely indicate sideways from new price and probably not overextended much. does the playbook consider the combination of those 2 factors: acquisition/buy out & high price?
