Saw offering news right before AM trading stopped. The offering was 10m shares @ 4.75 so goal was to sell at 4.79 because this was still speculative. Price action worried me some early in PM trading as it went all the way up to 5.26 but I was confident in my thesis that it had to drop because of the offering and it paid off.
