Entry comments: This is a speculative play with no alerts. STT Breaking news alerted to news at 4:45. Conference call on Monday at 8:00 to discuss research results. I bought into a spike and it came down, but I'm fairly confident that the stock will spike in pre-market after the news gets out over the weekend. If the stock goes up, the plan is to sell half and leave the other half for the market open with a strategic stop loss in place.

Exit comments: This was a play that worked perfectly. STT Breaking News was the real alert. The news seemed real so I went for it. I practiced scaling out for the first time (50 at 18.22, 25 at 24.98, and 25 at 21.26), which worked well. Two of the sells were pre-market, and the other was right after the open. Overall, this was an amazing trade and one of my best.
