This was a box-checker RCT pattern, as it was low float, had 26x float rotation, news, and offered a couple RCT entries. I missed the first RCT in the $9s, as I was not paying attention when I was getting my order ready, so I accidentally entered an order for $8.94, which did not fill, then it spiked $3. Good lesson and example of a GREAT RCT pattern.
