Why because lately you haven’t been following your rules very inconsistent and the reason is because you went aggressive on one of your patterns wasn’t wrong, which wasn’t wrong. It had a tell on it.

Whatever since that you haven’t been diligent, patient knowing the amount you’re willing to risk the risk reward ratio

Lately you’ve been revenge trading yourself focused on what you’ve lost to wear. You need to make a trade instead of not looking to trade the opportunity comes and you’re there. You usually win a trade when you’re not looking to trade but ever since that I’ve been trying to chase you back my PNL, which isn’t healthy.

You’ve been taking huge risks, but thinking about the games more for example you’re going in Trade risk more than what you could take for example 500 600 700 and taking repeatable losses does damage to your account. You’ve been taking repeatable losses so you’ve been slowly bleeding your account and that’s why you’ve lost every not all of it. You’re transferring all of it out to reset your current mind, state state of mind you discipline and going back to the foundation.

Calm, steady and level head, not thinking about the money, but thinking about the process the process is what makes you successful. The process is looking at your checklist your day, trader checklist, studying your patterns, prepping the day before creating a watchlist looking at your watchlist, looking for confirmations look at past profitable trades. What could you have done better? What are you noticing? Now that you didn’t notice before?
