Down 150 made it back plus this had proper read trades with trend momentum was able to salvage some stop outs good skill demonstration next is wait until right time to enter avoid digging multiple stop out losses and then stop trading one and done is ideal

Small 80 profit first trade of day, in late at end of morning move.?” Decided to trade more known my history of biggest loss days coming during what began as profit days. Gave all back plus more trying for a down move at key level mkt qqq at 600, SMCI can come down to 30. But not when I want when it wants in meantime I’m filling big traders positions during consolidation before the move, and exit liquidity for others. Cant be losing money like this need it to live off of now.

Up 150 then gave it back plus another 150, won first trade on PL, the moved to mRNA and gave it back plus. Lesson! Win stop! Common thread bc all my big loss days lately have been days where I had a $200 profit to start or 150 and wanted to push more! No, stop!

Off today, patient in AM, patterns were working, was up 200, excited about excellent reads, left for day to go out, came back 1pm ish tried low conviction good read but too choppy overtraded gave all back plus trades mRNA too did well on that but gave a little of that back too, ended up in a twisted emotional out of control state. Should have stopped trading after the morning profit.

One trade on PL, patient, right read on momentum but not much room to run so for out fast for $109, then MRNA supernova top tried dip buy after HOD breakdown of momentum and it didn’t bounce when I wanted instead came down more so fast large stop out lost $75, so days total up $34 ish, knew shouldn’t have taken another trade, couldn’t help myself live n learn.

Overtraded again today, Iran war last night got the hard panic, thought it was too bc to be prior day mkt bounced prior day odd. Ate after work, didn’t rush in, was pushed out and wrong too many times finally got one to get me breakeven and know I’m supposed to take that every time didn’t only got half losses back, more of a gamble then a planned trade.

Entry exit incorrect just showing net result $. Right read (PM bounce then short possibly), but hadn’t eaten since 8am working all day, rushed to mkt bc of Iran war, so mentally I wasn’t in a good place to execute; but, perfect read and bias, eat, and be in top mental state before trading.

Traded mRNA short it squeezed unbelievably nonstop built up $260 losses stopping out, moved over to PL shortet it once made almost all of it back, just showing net loss on day. Don’t trade stocks which don’t behave with normal patterns.
