YYAI Didn't have float rotation nor did it have any recent meaningful news. The past two days I have been feeling anxious to make trades and feeling pressured to find a profitable strategy. Trying to pray and spray, meaning trade anything I can get my hands on, instead of focusing on only high quality setups that meet your criteria list, WILL NOT HELP WITH FINDING A PROFITABLE STRATEGY. IT WILL ONLY HURT YOUR PROGRESS AND DIMINISH ANY DATA COLLECTION FOR YOUR STRATEGY.

Bought at 3:58:40 and sold at 3:58:45. SPAC AI Robotic company. Just started publicly trading on 12/10/25. Multi-day runner (started on 12/15/25). quotemedia.com article "US Companies Moving the Markets" at 10 AM ET. Seeking Alpha article "AMC Robotics: A Low-Float Trade Posing As A Robotics Investment" at 11:23:23 ET. quotemedia article "US Companies Moving the Markets, Evening edition" 4 PM ET.

News on 12-8 at 4:30 PM "Exicure announced results from its completed Phase 2 trial evaluating burixafor in combination with propranolol and granulocyte colony-stimulating factor for the mobilization of hematopoietic progenitor cells in patients with multiple myeloma undergoing autologous hematopoietic cell transplantation."

Hong Kong company incorporated in the Cayman Islands. Surely a reputable company. Up over 60% this morning on a 4 PM Friday PR "The Company anticipates total net profits of not less than $4 million for the financial year ending December 31, 2025, marking a significant rebound from a $2 million loss during the same period last year. " I'm testing a new strategy of a 2% Profit Target and a 1% Stop Loss. I set my stop at $10.49 and didn't get filled until $10.444.

1.9% Revenue increase. $1.75 dividend. Pretty boring news. I bought into strength (the highest buy volume candle of the day) at 09:45 AM at $5.47 (1 cent above the signal price). At 09:49 AM, the stock increased to $5.65. If I used a 3% Profit Target and a 3% Stop Loss, my stop loss wouldn't have been hit, and I could have locked in a 3% profit at $5.63. In fact, I had 4 chances to lock in a 3% profit at $5.63 before the stock formed an ascending wedge to reach a new HOD at $5.78.

Another stupid trade with no active risk management implemented and just arbitrary percentages for the stop loss. I should have sold (for a smaller loss) when the first red candle body partially printed below the 9 EMA at around $17. As soon as you submit a buy order, begin drafting a market sell order so you can be prepared to sell if the sellers take control, and the structure of what's happening in the trade goes against my favor, as illustrated by Caleb H.

Red Flag #1: Stock failed to breakout above $2.00 four timesRed Flag #2: Red candle almost fully printed below the 9 EMA. Red Flag #3: No meaningful news. Dividend and shareholder loyalty program. The stock was already up over 50% at the Oracle signal on this news. Not news that realistically could push a stock much higher. 50% up intra-day on this news alone is a stretch. Red Flag #4: Day 2 Survivor. Stocks usually go up on day 1 of the move, and then are much more likely to sell off on day 2.
