ORB entry, nice steady price climb with MACD open, then started to go red so got out with small win

Traded off level 2, there was a large buyer bidding for 100k shares at lower prices. I got out as volume <1M and stock going down.

Thesis was to watch level 2 until share dropped to around the 0.89 level then sell once it went to 0.97. I waited and waited didn't happen sold it and when to 0.95. Had heaps of volume for premarket up to 19M shares and low float 1.6M.

Thesis was break of $1.0 level however did break but could not hold, not on watch list.

ORB entry. news catalyst was Phase 3 trial and additional funding of $340M. Moved up fast should have taken position in premarket knowing such good news.
