I don’t like reading. If I want to listen to stories, I just go on the internet. I recently discovered big ten plus ( https://big-ten-plus.pissedconsumer.com/review.html ) and started watching movies and TV shows more often in my free time. I like to put on my headphones, listen (only occasionally glancing at what’s happening in the movie), and at the same time do other things like cooking or cleaning. That way I distract myself and don’t think about bad things.
