Really proud of the progress I've made so far but not satisfied quite yet because I know I can do so much better if I only tweak a few things. The stock market can surely be a humbling place and the only thing that pays off in the long term is if you have a good plan and stick to it, but it's easier said than done of course.
Anyhow.... some of my current major setbacks are:
-Bad/early entries
-Too quick to take in profits when the stock is in my favor
-Not cutting my losses fast enough & holding and hoping
While I realize when and how I am wrong, the difficult part for me is dealing with my emotions but I believe that I'm getting better at it. The more I trade, the more I mess up and the more I learn from my mistakes and experience.
How I plan on improving myself: recording myself WHILE taking the trades then reviewing the tapes.

awesome. I can relate. WE ALL can relate in this merciless, emotional game. Continue to reconstruct your mistakes. Sounds like you're already a step ahead - even though it might not feel like it. Best part about it, you can't hide from time. Market will keep marching on with or without you. Figure out a way to return the blow and play it at its own game. Holding and hoping will always get ya ;)
Couldn't have said it better! Thanks for the insight
