Entered this trade when it was spiking past the $1 level after hours. This was alerted by STT breaking news. I figured this was going to be a speculative play, as it is a larger company and the float is over 100M. The stock spiked to $1.02, but then started to fail, so i cut it before my stop loss. Good trade.
