@timothysykes i actually read about the funds seeking to finance JCPNQ out of Bk before the market opened Friday (I read legal news for fun). Remembered thinking this would affect JCPNQ but I don’t know how to trade -Q stocks. Now it seems when I see news like this I should go look for technical b/o levels at the very least? And be ready. Lol. This was a major inefficiency.

man to bad my shitty broker wasnt able to get JCPCQ saw it in the breaking news went to trade the back side of the spike at .26 and exit at .3 cant wit to have a better broker then the ones I have now

Thanks Tim! I am using STT Breaking News but not as quick to understand what's significant. I also get a lot of news from Chat room.... but how did Huddie know OAS was in play for the supernova Friday afternoon? I know it was over intra-day support but what screener alerts to a stock near intra-day support? That's what I've got to figure out.

@Starlord55 I totally agree with your statement, I was wondering because by the time you see the alert and type it on you broker as limit...pretty much passed like 5 to 10 seconds...which you might lose the opportunity to get it. Just wondering...maybe need to be faster for action typing!!

Ugg, I missed 2 fantastic trades on Friday. $DGLY dip buy at 2.16 (pulled my order because I got scared it was a failed spiker) then did the exact same thing on JCPNQ. Saw teh spike, didnt chase, had an order at .27 but pulled it when I thought the spike wouldn't hold. Watching more archive video lessons this weekend (stuff from 2016) and will be better prepared for the coming week. Thanks for all your lessons, Tim. Lets have a great week.
