Swing trade.

Big mistake I made on this trade is that I anticipated it to bounce off of $1.00 support and go up at the open. Second mistake is that I oversized my purchase. Being that I made the first mistake by anticipating (something Sykes says not to do), I should have just purchased 100 shares instead of 1k shares. Stock immediately dropped and halted. After the halt, it continued to drop and I sold @.7617 for a $238.30 loss. Practically gave away 1/2 of last week's profits. Ugh!!!

Dip buy. 20% drop after the open.

Goal was .20¢ spike. Risk/reward was 1:2, .10¢ downside .20¢ upside. Exit date Feb 2, 2026: Sold 300 shares of DKI for $0.91. Couldn’t hold $1 level, started dipping, sold at risk level.

Entry date Feb 2, 2026: Bought 150 shares of DKI for $0.98. $1 cross play, bought in pre-market when it crossed the $1 mark, big % gainer, Friday earnings winner in AH, 2.9x float rotation, 6.02M float, former runner, day 1ner. Goal was .40¢ spike. Risk/reward was 1:2, .20¢ downside .40¢ upside. Exit date Feb 2, 2026: Sold 150 shares of DKI for $0.80. Spiked nicely, had trouble continuing past $1.17 resistance from Fridays AH squeeze, Sold at risk level.

CBT, reclaimed VWAP, failed

I thought this was on it's way back up, but it dropped as soon as I bought it! I will not buy again between 9:30 & 9:45am, that is the most volatile time!!
