@cbarrow17x Thank you for the add, are you new to the community?
Yes I am new. been playing around with lotto ticket trades for a couple years with no success in a small account. Got fed up with watching gains and then losing it all that I actually closed my trading account a year or so ago. Now i am trying to get serious and LEARN instead of buy hold and hope..Was skeptical about this but figured I could spend $300 and see what it was all about so I got HTMM and have already learned so much just from the first few sections as well as this blog board.
@cbarrow17x It is definitely something (trading) that must be taking serious at all times or you will burn sooner than expected. Please feel free to check out my blog posts as they can come in handy :) all feedback welcome.

The catalyst is J Mcaffee getting into this as the CEO in waiting and he has been borderline pumping this stock on all his social media. So much so that he gave a statement today that he needs to go silent for a while because he may be making the FTC angry with his posts. He retweeted a couple days ago that this will be $5 by the EOW. That is the ONLY reason this is going crazy. His name and social media
I see what you are saying. McAfee definately had a lot to do with it. News isn't anything without price action though.
there were also some large hedge funds that bought into this helping the rise in price. I refuse to enter this stock though. It's wayy too unpredictable. congrats to all that profited but IMO most were scalping...

@cbarrow17x just became a fully transparent trader today!

In my experience, acquisitions/buyouts are generally useless as the chart typically shows a major gap up followed by a nonvolatile flatline. There are much better high probability setups to grow an account exponentially.
I agree. All buyouts have an initial gap and does nothing all day. Look at $RDEN as another example. Never play buyouts. This isn't one of Tim's strategies as you don't have an edge.
Thanks for the feedback guys. I wasn't playing this as a Buyout play I just happened to be in this when a BO happened. Looks like now there is an investigation going on into the lowball wall price this BO is being executed at.. Any idea what may come of the investigation and the attorneys being involved on behalf of the shareholders?
