As I always say. If there's one thing you can't hide from, it's time...we all gotta face it, on and on and on and on...so why not build wealth? Seriously! Use time to your advantage.
So, what does that mean?
Talk to someone who has NEVER invested before or who doesn't want to. "That's crazy. It's all gambling." They feel so smart, then they go and spend hundreds of dollars on dumb Coachella tickets with nothing to show but an ass rash and a hangover.
Not saying don't go to concerts. I LOVE concerts, especially VIP style. I do the whole package. VIP parking, meet n' greets, front row, VIP parties. That's how I do it.
Why? Because I wouldn't have it any other way. That's the difference. That's my mindset. I will no longer settle for easy or anything less than excellent.
Some people pay $2k plus a month to live in a box and have a little extra money to pay the note on their sedan and have drinks on Friday while stressing over mediocre, low-level "managerial" work. They'll use a credit card to pay for an expensive auto repair or to take their pet to the vet. Can you believe that sometimes there are surprises like that?? (haha) Those are things that could have been easily paid for with the right structure and preparation.
How do I know this? I've been there. Getting better, admittedly.
I've built a solid, unstoppable financial structure. I'm obsessed with buying companies, investing and saving money. Why not? Like seriously, why not? I literally just started my own company. That's how you get to live the way you want to.
I can't wait to do some restructuring and maintenance on my portfolios next week.
I have certain accounts for:
-Dividend and growth stocks
-Swing trading
-Aggressive trading and shorting
-Long term
Why continue to deprive yourself of sleep so you can be late and make suck money from a job you don't even like? If it's keeping you from doing what you love, then WHY???????? The more I think about it, the "crazier" THAT sounds. Looking back, I can't believe I lived like that for so long.
I just paid property taxes on my properties. That was great reminder for me that I have assets, that I've built something and that I need to continue to strive to build, to grow and to break my own records. More, more, more......
It's not greed. It's making things happen. It's achieving results because you went for it. It's NOT SETTLING FOR NORMAL.
